Welcome to SA Print Studio. By accessing our website and purchasing our custom apparel, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following comprehensive Terms of Service.

Product Presentation and Print-on-Demand Model

All our garments are custom-printed on-demand utilizing premium apparel blanks, including Comfort Colors and Next Level products. Because items are produced specifically for you upon ordering, slight variations in graphic placement, dimensions, and fabric hue (especially with garment-dyed materials like Comfort Colors) may occur. These variations represent standard characteristics of custom apparel printing and are not considered manufacturing defects.

Custom Orders and User-Submitted Designs

When utilizing our "Custom Orders" platform or submitting ideas via "Suggest a Design," you may upload graphic files, logos, text, or artwork concepts. By submitting content to SA Print Studio, you legally warrant that:

● You own 100% of the intellectual property rights to the design, or possess explicit, written, and lawful permission from the rightful owner to reproduce the graphics.

● The artwork does not infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, or private property rights of any individual, brand, or corporation.

SA Print Studio explicitly disclaims all liability for trademark or copyright infringement resulting from user-submitted artwork. The customer assumes full legal and financial responsibility for any copyright claims arising from prints made at their request. We reserve the absolute right to refuse, reject, and cancel any custom order containing graphics that we deem inappropriate, offensive, or potentially infringing on intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability and Governing Law

SA Print Studio provides its services and products on an "as-is" basis for personal wear. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or care of our garments. These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements shall be governed exclusively by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, with legal venue established in Orange County.
