At SA Print Studio, our business model relies entirely on custom print-on-demand production. This means each shirt is printed, packed, and fulfilled specifically for you the moment you complete checkout. Please review our operating protocols below prior to finalizing your order.

No-Return and No-Exchange Guidelines

Due to the highly customized nature of our production, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or product exchanges for sizing selection mistakes, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. To guarantee a perfect fit, we strongly instruct all customers to carefully measure and consult the specific Sizing Charts provided on each product page before purchasing.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

We proudly stand behind our printing quality and business integrity. If your garment arrives with an undeniable manufacturing defect, a printing error, or if our workshop inadvertently ships the incorrect size or design, we will issue a replacement print at absolutely no cost to you. To successfully process an error or defect claim, please execute the following protocol:

1. Send an email to our official store email address within 7 days of the package delivery date.

2. Input your official Order Number clearly within the email subject line or message body.

3. Attach a clear, high-resolution photograph displaying the full garment layout, along with a separate close-up photograph clearly showing the specific defect or incorrect element. Once our fulfillment team verifies the manufacturing error, we will immediately fast-track the production and shipment of your brand-new replacement garment.

Direct-to-Film (DTF) Care and Washing Instructions

Our apparel items are custom-printed using premium Direct-to-Film (DTF) technology built for maximum longevity. To maintain rich graphic colors and protect the print layer across dozens of washes, implement the following care instructions:

  • Wash Inside Out: Always turn the garment completely inside out before putting it into the washing machine to protect the design surface from friction.

  • Use Cold Water: Machine wash on a gentle cycle utilizing cold water exclusively.

  • No Harsh Chemicals: Do not use chlorine, bleach, or heavy liquid fabric softeners, as they break down the custom print bonding.

  • Drying Protocols: Air drying or hanging your shirts is highly recommended to preserve print brilliance. If using a machine dryer, utilize the absolute lowest temperature setting (Tumble dry low).

  • Ironing Restrictions: Never place a hot clothing iron directly over the printed DTF graphic area. If ironing is necessary, iron the garment fully inside out at a low temperature setting.

Order Processing and Production Summary

Timeline: Because our apparel is printed on-demand, processing and production require 3 to 5 business days. Once production finishes, shipping duration depends entirely on the postal option selected at payment. An automated tracking email will be sent the moment your parcel leaves Costa Mesa, CA.

Specialized Requests: Single individual custom requests for single shirts are not available. However, community concept suggestions (such as sports and music crossovers like Valderrama mixed with Metallica) can be submitted using our "Suggest a Design" form. For corporate, business, or athletic team wholesale orders, formal volume quotes can be requested through our "Custom Orders" section.
